The umpires and Tun Dr. Siti Hasmah :PIt was tiring to work continuously for the Piala Perdana 1 Malaysia. Maybe because the matches were so dragging and also it was not interesting. hehehe~ The very bad thing about this tournament was the teams which have lost had to fight among each others for loser pool. wtf. Everyone was asking "still have how many matches?" all the time..
But, i enjoyed working for this tournament. Not because of the uninteresting matches of course. It was because of the people around :)))) The younger friends as well as my senior umpire friends! Yong Heng, Thanesh, Priyatharshan, Kamani, Abu, Shi Ying, June.......It was fun to be with them :) This tournament was different from those NSBA tournaments as for NSBA tournament, people leave after their matches. But this, we couldn't. We worked in team. We all arrived at 7.30am in the morning and left only all the matches were finished. I appreciate the friendship i earned here :) And for my seniors, hahahaha, they are fun and happy to be with them! Especially Fong and Lau, and Ng Kim Wai, who is just a few years elder than me. AHHhaaa, and also the teacher. hehe. Although sometimes she is a bit 38 la but....not bad la, funny also. hehe. I laughed lot these days!!!
By the way, the food here...sucks!!!! Not nice at all. Especially those for the line judges....but no choice la, just makan and filled my stomach, thats all! Luckily the next 2 days, my senior brought me to eat those food for the umpires =) and in the last day, all the other line judges all curi-curi makan at the dining area at for the umpires (officers) but very unluckily some of them being scolded :( but who cares? As long as they got to eat some nice (because, i think, the food provided by allson klana also just so-so saje) food!
I am looking forward to meet u guys again!!!

Maybe he is only someone i admire, but i still felt it kinda depressed when i heard from her.
Erm, this is what i felt at that moment and the following hour. Much bettter now anyway :)
Just that, it crossed on my mind that am i really not as good as her/them???!

Geram-nyaaaaaaaaaa!!
ARGH. Damn mad.
I just went for the Piala Perdana 1 Malaysia's meeting.
As i have mentioned before, this is a tournament for those menteri-menteri' wives.
Well, lemme talk about the interesting part first. hehe.
Mr Soo, the tournament referee briefed us about some 'adjustment' we have to make.
First of all, this is a social tournament, it's to .. hmm.. mengeratkan hubungan ...erm..
yet, all the players are the ministers' wives...they are considered the Very Important People.
So, we cant be too strict on the rules, but still have to follow the law la. ahhahaha.
We must always polite to the wives, NO CARDS ARE ALLOWED hahahhahaha!
It's kinda cacat that they use the 15 points badminton system, requested by our prime minister's wife.
Well, i can foresee that the games gotta be delayed and delayed......
The worse thing of 15 points system is that you score a point only when you are holding the service. zzzzzzzzzzz

I should be the umpire for this tournament. We were informed that this tournamnent uses the 15points system. Well, i am okay with it.
Yes, i admit that i am not familiar with it but who doesnt???!!
we have been using 21 points rally system for years!!!
WHY THERE WERE SOME PEOPLE JUST LIKE TO MAGNIFY WHAT THEY ARE FACING??!!
ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! WTF
Okay, the story goes like this.
There were three of them, who kept making noise there complained about the pointing system.
And they were joking over there that it's better to be the line judges. Easy and relax bla bla bla.
So someone told mr vasu about it that they want to be the line judges. THREEE OF THEM ROSE UP THEIR HAND WHEN MR VASU ASKING WHO IS NOT CONFIDENT TO BE THE UMPIRE UNDER THIS 15 POINTS SYSTEM.
So, Mr Vasu talked to Mr Soo for the amendment.
They decided to take 12 line judges instead of 16.
It is because, there are 4 courts, the umpires are divided into 4 groups. Each groups for a court.
2 umpires for a each matches, one as the umpire, another as the service judge. So if there are 4 in a group, one the 2 umpires get to rest before going for another match.
So due to the request, they had to make it to 3 umpires in a group.
So it's either 16 or 12.
It ended up that I HAVE TO SWITCH TO LINE JUDGE. WTH!
Because i am the only junior left besides the three others. No choice. Takkan ask the seniors to make it, right?
Anyway, i accepted it. And it's my great honour that mr vasu came up to inform me that i will stick to the line judge since they 3 others requested..
All right, what really made me so angry was that three..
they were making noise again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THEY WERE REGRETTING AFTER THEIR REQUEST ARE FULFILLED. WTH!
I am the "innocent" one who has to"accompany" you all to be the line judge instead of being the umpire, I didnt say much about it but YOU PEOPLE MAKING NOISE??!!
Please lahh, be responsible to what you are saying and please be aware of what you are doing!
I know, you may not be familiar with the 15 points system. But i am pretty sure that all the other umpires are having the same problem too. Just that they have experience on the system.
And please, spend more time on revising the old points system instead of making noise.
You will get to learn it as long as you spend time on it. It's just slightly different.
Well, just forget about it and look forward for tomorrow's games.
and the good news is, we got shirts and souvenirs for this event and food is provided~ DROOL~~ (Update: the food suckS!)
Look, there are the green carpets as well as the score boards!! You know, normally only high level tournament will get that!!! But, yeah, of course lahhh, the players are all "leveled"!
And, the hall will be guard by the securities and only those with the tags are allowed!!!!! No spectators are allowed too, faint

The happiness and the badminton
I love badminton.
I feel happy and exciting to see all the people and the matches.
those i know as well as those i do not know.
It's the passion for the games, although these days i dont play badminton that often, but it's always there :DDD
and i think that the face comes with skills.
YES IT DOES! Directly preportional hahahahaha.
This is what im thinking after being the umpire for so many days hahahahha!
Some of the players are so damn HOT!
you know, i like sporty guys. HAHAHHAHA! :P
today was the final for this NSBA cup.
the matches were not as interesting as those before...zzz.
and, today, i met players who showed patterns and techniques to delay and distract the opponent. FAINT
both of them are state players, but they are expert in delaying the game too.
next time i must be ready with yellow and red cards HAHAHAHAHA!
being the umpire is so much different from being a player.
all you need are confident and steadiness. that's all.
trust yourself and show no kindness to the players if you're right.
yeah, i think i am too kind to the players :s
maybe because....i was a player.
Sometimes i was really unlucky for getting a very close game. zzz.
The others had finished 3 matches and i only finished 1 game. zzz.
It was tiring and boring. zzz.
Yet, once, i got a 3 games match but the games were not interesting AT ALL!
It ended up that my match was the last match of the day..........................
For this tournament, i gave up a trip to ipoh with my course mates :(
Yin Qing invited me to join them for a 4days 3nights visit to ipoh.
too bad, he should have asked me earlier...
before i promise FT Tan to make it for thursday's games!!!! ARGH.
i cant be so irresponsible to promise but not making it. Too bad :(
anyhow, I am not regretting for not going to ipoh. update: im abit regretting after looking at the pics that sze wei posted up! the fooooooooood looks SO TEMPTING!!!
yes, i do feel like to join them and enjoy the food and visit to the places in ipoh.
but, i know myself. I know i will be very unhappy if i dont make it for thursday's match.
most of my friends were playing on thursday!!

I was suprised that, after the final, i was told that the umpires and the committees were all invited for a dinner (supper??) by NSBA at Seaview restaurant. Lmaoooo!
Well, i didnt go although my seniors invited again and again!
reason? Because my friend was not going.
If im going i will be the one and the only one junior being there.
Others are all seniors or elder people... 30 plus or older!
Generation gap lehh...i feel paiseh. LOL
Although my seniors are all very nice and friendly :) :) :)

Exam is torturing.
It's not a measurement of the ability of a student.
A one and half year A-Level course, can't be measure by just sitting in the exam hall for the few hours. NO!
Anyway, i've tried my best for this A2 exam.
The rest, I leave it to God.
22nd January will be the day *pray*
It has been 10 days after the exam.
Im lazy to write about those sotries after the exam lah now.

经过了三百九十八天后，刘翔回来了!!!
2008年8月18日，刘翔留给全世界一个孤独的背影...
今天，王者回归；他，重新站在跑道上.
2009年9月20日，刘翔以13秒15的成绩宣告完美复出.
不管是经历了挫折还是高峰，
仍旧是那个好胜心理特硬不认输的小伙子.
他回来了.
脚伤并没有给他留下阴影.
他过硬的心里素质和好胜的个性战胜了它.
在赛前，孙海平曾表示，
即使刘翔能够跑快，也得收着跑。然而刘翔显然没有收住，
瞧，他就是那么的不服输.还有，那么的自信...
看清楚自己，看清楚未来..
这或许是刘翔在人生特殊经历之后的最大收获，
能够让他更好地面对未来的胜利与坎坷。
未来的事情谁也没能说得准.
但是只要刘翔努力了尽力了我都会为他感到骄傲!

我在跑前几个栏时还犹豫，没想拼，
但后来看特拉梅尔没有拉我多少，我就收不住了，
我觉得有可能取胜，后边就全力跑了。
瞧，他就是那么的不服输.还有，那么的自信...
这次比赛让我增强了自信心，给我今后的比赛提供了很高的基础，我觉得我自己还是行的！争取能够达到以前的水平！
我觉得每个运动员都会受伤，都有低潮，起起伏伏这很正常，前几年就是因为我比较顺，一直还不错，然后一下这样，好像大家难以接受，我自己还是能接受的。我觉得没什么，什么事情都可能发生，我不会刻意强求自己怎么样，但我会努力去训练，去做到最好，不管结果怎么样，反正过程做好吧。以前和现在基本上差不多，只是经历这个事情之后，我更能够看清楚自己，看清楚将来。
看清楚自己，看清楚未来..
这或许是刘翔在人生特殊经历之后的最大收获，
能够让他更好地面对未来的胜利与坎坷。
